To provide the best possible care for our new clients and patients, we will need to collect some background information at your first appointment, so please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. To save time, you can fill out the New Client Form* prior to your appointment. We also ask that in order to reserve this time specifically for you and your kitty, that the first exam be prepaid.
