Services
Because of the shorter lifespan of our pets, we stress the importance of a semi-annual physical examination. Thorough check-ups and preventive care can help alleviate serious health problems. We offer a wide range of veterinary services to keep your companions feeling their best:

Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services: Our hospital is equipped to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to care for your pets' complete health care needs.
Surgical Services: Whether your cat
needs a routine procedure such as a spay, neuter, or dental treatment, or a
more invasive procedure like an exploratory surgery, we have the expertise and
equipment to accommodate you. We perform surgeries Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays,
with admission times as early as 7:30am, or even the night before the procedure,
to help you get to work on time. We provide excellent pain management to give
your kitty the highest level of comfort available. Our doctors are also very
proficient with laser usage for surgeries.
Upon discharge from the hospital, a
technician will be ready to go over the “at-home” care instructions, as well as
any medications your cat will need, as well as any at-home care instructions.
You will be given a medical report card prepared by the doctor who performed
the procedure, and you will have a chance to ask any questions that you may
have.
Anesthesia: We utilize the safest available anesthetics to provide an extra margin of safety, especially for our older or high-risk patients. Using the most modern equipment, the patient's vital signs are monitored during all anesthetic procedures.
Radiology Services: Our on-site, digital X-ray equipment provides high quality radiographs to aid in the quick diagnosis of many disorders.
Dentistry: Dental disease is
one of the most common conditions seen by veterinarians, and is caused by an
accumulation of tartar and gingivitis. Cats are especially susceptible to
painful complications as dental disease progresses. If the disease is caught at
an early stage and thorough dental scaling and polishing are performed, most of
the teeth and gums will have a full recovery. Our doctors can help create a
regimen of homecare, including a dental diet designed to help keep your cat’s
mouth clean, healthy, and full of sweet kitty-kisses. If needed, we provide
routine full-service dental cleanings, perform any necessary extractions, and can
provide other dental health care on-site.

Permanent identification: Being separated
from our pets is something we all fear, and may have to deal with one day.
Inserting a microchip is a permanent method of positively identifying
your cat. Ask about it today!
Pharmacy: We maintain a complete inventory of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, shampoos, flea and tick control products and heartworm preventatives to meet the needs of your cat. We also carry a full line of prescription diets.
Individualized Flea Control Programs: We develop programs for the specific needs of your cat and your own particular environmental situation. We will review with you the best ways to control fleas in your house, in your yard and on your cat.
Dietary Counseling: Your cat’s
nutritional requirements change over the years, and may also change with
certain medical problems. Our doctors are highly trained nutritional advocates who
will help to find the diet that best suits your furry friend’s needs. We stock
a wide array of prescription diets, as well as supplements that our doctors may
recommend to move your kitty towards total nutritional wellness.
Behavioral Counseling: We can provide advice regarding the correction of problems such as chewing, spraying and scratching.
